How to Advertise

To Submit an ad

Please email picture files (jpg) and text describing your item to dave@juneauads.com.

Text: Make sure the price, address, and a contact phone number are included in the property description.
Photos: Ideally, pictures should be in .jpeg format, 600x450 pixels, standard quality, files sizes of about 40 to 50 KB for each photo. You might want to send photos in several groups to lessen the strain on email. No more than 5 photos please.

We try to post your ad page on the internet within a day of receiving the above information.

Cost

The service will be free until further notice for all items listed. Commercial ads are available for purchase. Please contact dave@juneauads.com for prices.

Benefits

Photos: One of the benefits of advertising on this website is the photos! Here is an opportunity to really show off your item. Your ad has its own webpage with a large photo banner and as much text as you desire. You also receive a photo gallery page with room for 16 additional photos for homes or 5 additional photos for other items.
Traffic: Monthly site statistics range from 50,000 - 80,000 hits. Individual ads can receive over 100 openings per week.
Weekly notification of ad openings: Emails are sent out each Monday detailing how many times your individual ad has been viewed.
Use in coordination with other advertising: Do you have an newspaper ad? Direct callers to this site to view your property. Maximize your time.

Garage Sale Ads

For garage sale ads, click on the "Place Garage Sale Ads FREE" menu item on the main category page, fill out and submit the form.
